Edward Rose Massocco is the General Director of Lomas del Centenario and has the experience of developing and operating large resorts, commercial, and residential real estate projects in Mexico for over 30 years. Originally from California, he formally immigrated to Mexico in the early '80s and currently resides in La Paz.

From his extensive experience he is considered and expert in Mexican real estate law, and federal, estate, and local regulatory requirements and processing.
